Stabilization of AdBlue and SCR systems

Use

As an additive in urea-based products in order to prevent the formation of clumps, large crystals that impair flow properties and its re-dissolution, resulting in clogging of dispensers, injectors and valves or caps of storage tanks during storage.

Use

It aids in the chemical reaction that takes place in the Selective Catalytic Reduction/SCR/AdBlue system, where it converts nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen and water vapour. It adjusts the quality of AdBlue for a long time to ensure the proper functioning of the AdBlue and SCR systems.

Use

Treatment of 32.5% urea solutions known as AdBlue or DEFT/Diesel Exhaust Fluid / used to reduce emissions using SCR catalytic converters / Selective Catalytic Reduction / of motor vehicles.

Use

SLOUREA-F, when added to urea/AdBlue solution, improves spraying and prevents cyanuric acid crystallization when dosed into fossil fuels, which occurs at lower operating temperatures of the SCR system, in addition to regulating crystallization, its flow properties and self-cleaning ability.

The dosage of SLOUREA F is 0,25 % by weight. for urea / AdBlue

Transport
and storage

The method of transport is subject to the purchase contract and must comply with the applicable legislation.

It is stored in the original perfectly closed and intact packaging, in cool covered warehouses. Warranty period of 24 months from the date of manufacture.

Safety & security occupational health

Wear protective clothing, gloves, and protective equipment when handling to avoid contact with skin and eyes. Store in tightly closed containers at a temperature of -30 to +40 °C in a dry, ventilated room. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight.

After accidental ingestion, rinse your mouth with water and then drink about 0.5 l of water, the affected eyes should be rinsed for at least 1/2 hour. under a stream of lukewarm water with her eyelids forcibly open and urgently call a doctor.
